RTL is usually Realtek, so either go to realtek website or try a method from above but look for realtek device or f5d70000 rtl driver see what comes up.
My Windows 7 version is Ultimate one. I took out belkin wireless card.
Also Belkin F5D wireless card. Get an ethernet cable and connect directly through router to update windows. Be respectful, keep it civil and stay on topic.

I also tried using the Version 7 and 8 drivers available here: Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s f5d70000 bad! Looks like these cards are all rebranded so there could be lots of different models.

windows 7 and the F5D wireless card question
Tuesday, June 2, I encourage other users to try this method for other version of the card ie: Thursday, April 22, 6: I’ve plugged this card into the motherboard and it’s being recognised as an attachment, but I believe I’m having trouble with the drivers as the computer isn’t showing any wireless networks. You all say it works, but it seems nobody had vieta same “code 10” error I get.
It’s rather silly, it’s just what we had to do years ago with Windows 98, same procedure, but instead of typing a whole adress, you click f5d70000 the drive and let the rest completely empty. I’ve answered this in other areas as well.

I can’t remember right now every step I took, but I just had the cd on the cd-drive, but basicaly follow the steps that Dec worte above, up till step 9; then -I think it was then- instead of choosing “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer” in 10, you’ve got the drive where you can type the route where the driver should be; in my case it was e: Not an IT pro?

I think the reason is that we see problems here reported about WIndows Update which are in reality only one in a million or less, but since they come here to report them it gives the appearance there are manifold problems with updates.
Then I searched the net for 64 bit Vista drivers, downloaded the latest version 8 from Belkin, and that didn’t work either. Vistz will then launch “Startup Repair”.
