Unfortunately, Seagate bought Maxtor and they don’t maxror to be providing very good support for this device. Wish it is helpful. Did this solve your problem?
Has anybody managed to install this device on Windows 7? Thanks for marking this as the answer. To date, I am unable to solve this problem with Windows 7.
